“David’s record as a business leader and school district administrator committed to education and programs that support children’s learning and academic success will be a great asset to the Board,” said Chair Nonie Lesaux. “I welcome his appointment and the important perspective and contributions he will bring as we continue to work towards a 21st-century system that promotes learning and development among all children in the Commonwealth.”

“High quality early education programs are critical supports for working families and job seekers, and a necessary resource for Massachusetts’ business community and our state’s economic development overall,” said David M.
