Media Contact for Guillotte pleads guilty, placed on probation

PITTSFIELD — A North Adams woman pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to drug charges. 41 year old VIVIAN L. GUILLOTTE appeared before Judge Daniel Ford.
GUILLOTTE pleaded guilty to one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF TRAMADOL. Judge Ford placed her on probation for one year on the charge of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE. GUILLOTTE is to remain drug free and undergo drug testing during the probationary period. The other charge was placed on file.
The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at GUILLOTTE’S home on Chase Avenue on June 29, 2017.
One (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams and Pittsfield Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
