News  Notice: December 14, 2020 Meeting of the TURA Program Strengthening Ad Hoc Committee (Topic: Compliance and Enforcement)

The TURA Program Strengthening Ad Hoc Committee will meet virtually on Dacember 14 at 9:00am.

Please note that this meeting is being conducted remotely, consistent with Governor Baker’s Executive Order of March 12, 2020, due to the current State of Emergency in the Commonwealth resulting from the outbreak of the 2019 novel coronavirus, known as “COVID-19."

Please note that this meeting will be recorded and posted to the web for those who are not able to attend.

    The Advisory Committee to the Administrative Council on Toxics Use Reduction is one of the Toxics Use Reduction Act (TURA) governing bodies. The Committee is composed of fifteen stakeholders that provide the Administrative Council with a forum for discussing TURA policy and implementation issues. Committee members are appointed by the Secretary of Energy and Environmental Affairs.
