News Notice Inviting Comment on Proposed Amendments to Superior Court Rule 9D

The Superior Court Rules and Forms Committee is soliciting comments on proposed amendments to Superior Court Rule 9D: Motions for reconsideration.

The amendments clarify the proper bases for motions for reconsideration and establish page limits for motions and oppositions.

Comments should be sent to william.burke@jud.state.ma.us, or to William Burke, Assistant Deputy Court Administrator, Massachusetts Superior Court, Three Pemberton Square, 13^th Floor, Boston, MA 02108.

The deadline for submitting comments is January 31, 2022.
