Boston — The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) is pleased to announce that registration for the 2018 Courses for EEO Professionals is now open. This year, the Commission will offer three courses: Train-the-Trainer; Conducting Internal Discrimination Complaint Investigations; and Responding to Accommodation Requests. MCAD courses are multi-day, interactive trainings, facilitated by employment law and training experts.
“We have redesigned our courses this year from the ground up. I believe the new format will help participants learn these crucial EEO skills more easily and effectively,” said Jeremy Scheiner, Director of Training at the MCAD. “I recommend our courses for professionals who are newly stepping into an EEO role, or ones who have been working in employment law for many years and want to develop their skills as a trainer or consultant.”
With the roll-out of the recently redesigned MCAD website, the course descriptions and registration are available online on the MCAD's 2018 Courses for EEO Professionals page.
