DOI is part of the U.S. insurance regulatory framework, which is a highly coordinated state-based system designed to protect policyholders and to serve the greater public interest through the effective regulation of the U.S. insurance marketplace.\u00a0\n\nAbout Daniel R. Judson:\n\nMr. Judson is an attorney with over 25 years of experience in insurance in both the public and private sectors. He spent 15 years as an insurance regulator at the Massachusetts Division of Insurance. He has spent the last twelve years as a private attorney with a broad insurance practice, as compliance manager of a Massachusetts insurance company, and the last three years as president of the high risk pool for auto insurance in Massachusetts. Mr. Judson is a resident of Beverly.
