News SJC Seeks Nominations to the Standing Advisory Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct

The Justices of the Supreme Judicial Court are soliciting nominations to the Court’s Standing Advisory Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct ("Committee").  This Committee advises the Court on Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:07, the Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct.  Members are expected to make this important responsibility a priority commitment. 

Please submit a cover letter and resume to SJC attorney Barbara Berenson at Barbara.berenson@jud.state.ma.us on or before October 5, 2018.

Massachusetts Court System 

The Massachusetts court system consists of the Supreme Judicial Court, the Appeals Court, the Executive Office of the Trial Court, the 7 Trial Court departments, the Massachusetts Probation Service, and the Office of Jury Commissioner.
