Update

Work is currently underway to transition from the phone-based Sanction Inquiry system to an online-based Sanction Inquiry system for conducting Nurse Aide Registry checks. When complete, all registry checks should be done using the online system.

After that time, you will no longer be able to check the Nurse Aide Registry using the current phone system and all registry checks should be done using the online system.

  • Current phone system users will receive login information for the new system in the coming months.
  • Current phone system users should watch for these instructions, as they will ensure your ability to utilize the new system.

Until the transition is complete and the new system is launched, please continue to use the phone-based Sanction Inquiry system to conduct Nurse Aide Registry checks. Please see the Access the Nurse Aide Registry page for instructions on how to conduct a check.
