BostonThe Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) today announced the extension of the deadline for responses to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the rehabilitation, reuse, and maintenance of the historic Farmhouse at Lake Wyola State Park / Carroll Holmes Recreation Area in Shutesbury, Massachusetts. The new deadline for responses is Thursday, January 4, 2017 by 3:00PM. Individuals interested in accessing the property should contact Peter Seweryn at (617) 626-1361 or w.peter.seweryn@state.ma.us.

Curatorship of the Farmhouse is offered through the DCR’s Historic Curatorship Program, which allows outside parties to rehabilitate, manage and maintain a historic property in return for credit toward a long-term lease.
