News U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s proposed rule regarding “public charge”

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has recently released a notice indicating its intent to change the way it evaluates whether an individual is considered a “public charge.” This rule is NOT in effect at this time and does NOT affect your eligibility for benefits.
