At the Office of the Inspector General (OIG), our thoughts are with those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in the Commonwealth and beyond. We remain committed to our mission of preventing public fraud, waste and abuse and serving the public without interruption.

While our physical office is closed, we remain fully operational with our staff teleworking. Our hotlines for reporting public fraud, waste and abuse are available 24/7. Our Massachusetts Certified Public Procurement Official (MCPPO) classes have moved online. We continue to provide public purchasing assistance through our Chapter 30B hotline. We are conducting investigations and reviews, our work related to fraud prevention and more.
