Massachusetts Bays National Estuary Partnership Locations

The MassBays Regional Office for Cape Cod serves the coastal communities within the Cape Cod Bay watershed. include: Barnstable, Bourne, Brewster, Dennis, Eastham, Orleans, Provincetown, Sandwich, Truro, Wellfleet, and Yarmouth.

MassBays National Estuary Program (MassBays) is hosted by the Massachusetts Office of Coastal Zone Management and the central office is located in Boston.

The MassBays Lower North Shore Region is hosted by Salem Sound Coastwatch and serves the coastal communities within the Salem Sound watershed. These include: Beverly, Danvers, Manchester, Marblehead, Peabody, Peabody, Nahant, Salem, and Swampscott.

This MassBays Metro Boston Region is hosted by the Northeastern University Marine Science Center located in Nahant serves coastal communities that include: Boston, Braintree, Chelsea, Everett, Hingham, Milton, Quincy, Revere, Saugus, Weymouth, and Winthrop.

The MassBays South Shore Regional Office serves the coastal communities that include: Cohasset, Duxbury, Hanover, Kingston, Marshfield, Norwell, Pembroke, Plymouth, and Scituate.

The MassBays Upper North Shore Region is hosted by the Merrimack valley Planning Commission and serves the coastal communities located in the Merrimack, Parker, Ipswich, and North Coastal watersheds. These communities include: Amesbury, Essex, Gloucester, Ipswich, Lynn, Newbury, Newburyport, Rockport, Rowley, and Salisbury,
