Jordan Meehan, Esq., serves as the Policy Coordinator for the Commission on LGBTQ Youth. In this role, Jordan works with policymakers, attorneys, and legislators to create, revise, and further state policies to better the lives of LGBTQ youth statewide. Jordan has a deep background in public service, having previously interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the Massachusetts Office of Senate Counsel, the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, the U.S. Department of the Interior, and the U.S. Navy JAG Corps. Jordan earned his undergraduate degree from George Washington University in Washington, DC and his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA. When he is not working, Jordan is active in community organizing and advocacy in the areas of environmentalism, climate change, and housing.
