Robin Luna Whitman
Robin Luna Whitman, RA, is a Director in the Office for Planning at the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) who oversees long range and strategic planning, master plans, and building studies for Human Service agencies, Judiciary, the State House, and other state agencies and offices.
Joining the agency in 1988, Robin has managed projects in the study phase ranging from renovation and new construction of individual buildings to completing comprehensive strategic master plans and feasibility studies. Most recently, she led the completion of the Courts Capital Master Plan to establish the capital needs of 97 courthouses across the state. As a key leader on the Planning Team, Robin works closely with user agency leadership, planning staff, DCAMM Business units, and outside consultants to ensure that the needs of each client agency are met and well managed.
Prior to her work at DCAMM, Robin was an architectural designer and project manager at several private architectural firms in the Boston area working on projects focused on historic preservation and in the hospitality industry. She is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design holding Bachelor Degrees in Architecture and Fine Arts.
