Stephanie Knapp
Director of External Affairs
Stephanie Knapp joined the Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance (DCAMM) as Director of External Affairs in April 2023. Prior to joining DCAMM, Stephanie led communications for the Barbara Lee Family Foundation, a nonpartisan research organization, and the Barbara Lee Political Office. She also previously managed communications for BlueHub Capital, a Community Development Financial Institution. Stephanie started her career in publishing as an editor with Seal Press and Crown Publishing.
Stephanie holds an MBA with a focus in Social Impact from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree from New York University.

DCAMM is responsible for capital planning, public building construction, facilities management, and real estate services for the Commonwealth.
