William McKinney

Operating Support Director

Bill McKinney joined DCAMM in November 2019 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and in August 2022 started a new role as Operating Support Director.  He brings with him many years of government and private sector experience.  Prior to DCAMM, he was the Director of the Department of Labor Standards (DLS).  Before that, he was the CFO for the Town of Weymouth.  He also worked at State Street Bank, the Metropolitan District Commission (MDC), the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR), the Department of Agricultural Resources (AGR), and the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS).

Bill earned his undergraduate degree in Economics/Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross and his MBA in Finance from Babson College.  He is an Eagle Scout and active as a Scout leader and also coaches Babe Ruth baseball (13-16 yr-olds).

Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance  

DCAMM is responsible for capital planning, public building construction, facilities management, and real estate services for the Commonwealth.
