101 CMR 433.00 governs the payment rates for Certain Health and Human Service Programs Previously Established on July 1, 2021 purchased by a governmental unit, including, but not limited to, Department of Developmental Services (DDS), the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB), the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC), the Department of Mental Health (DMH), the Department of Youth Services (DYS), the Department of Children and Families (DCF), the Department of Public Health (DPH), the Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (MCDHH), or MassHealth.
