320 CMR 2.00 provides the definitions, management measures, permitting, prohibitions, and penalties as they relate to public access facilities, which include but are not limited to boat launching ramps, car-top boat access areas, parking areas, sportfishing piers and shorefishing areas, on locations designated by the Public Access Board, or public access facilities that are located on public lands with the consent of the Department of Fish and Game, or by agreement with other public agencies in charge thereof of such public lands as authorized by M.G.L. c. 21A, § 11B.
