36 Main Street, Brockton Request for Proposals (RFP) Q&A

The following are questions that have been submitted to date in response to the 36 Main Street, Brockton Request for Proposals (RFP). Answers follow each question.

1. Are electronic submissions acceptable?

A: No

2. When can a selection decision be expected?

A: Typically, within three months of the RFP deadline. However, the timing can be affected by the volume of proposals received.

3. Can you further explain the Department of Labor interest in the property as noted in the RFP?

A: Federal funding from the US Department of Labor was used to acquire the property.  The Commonwealth holds legal title to the real property.  Pursuant to applicable federal regulation regarding disposition of facilities having such federal funding, the Department of Labor is entitled to receive a payment upon the sale of the property.

4. Can you provide copy of a selected proposal from a past RFP?

A: We do not provide a proposal that we have selected as a result of a past RFP. Each RFP is unique. Sharing a past proposal would not add value and may cause confusion.

5. Will DCAMM make available lists of RFP requestor's and site visit attendees?

A1:  We cannot provide a list of requestors as the RFP is available for anyone to download from the webpage.

A2: DCAMM can provide sign in sheets from the site visits (see sing in sheets here)
