Trial Court Launches eDelivery of Documents to Attorneys
- The Trial Court has launched eDelivery for the electronic distribution of documents and notices to attorneys. This new initiative is part of a larger effort to digitize court operations and transition over time to a paperless environment. eDelivery means that certain court-related correspondence and documents will be emailed to attorneys, rather than sent in paper through the mail. Trial Court Child Support Guidelines Task Force Seeks Public Comment
- To comply with the federally required review of the Child Support Guidelines, Trial Court Chief Justice Paula M. Carey has appointed a Task Force to review the Child Support Guidelines that became effective on September 15, 2017, as amended June 15, 2018. The public is invited to provide comments on the Child Support Guidelines for the Task Force’s consideration. Public forums will be held on January 21, 22 and 26, for oral testimony of up to 3 minutes per person. Written testimony or comments by email are also accepted. Learn more.
