Attend a conflict of interest law seminar at the State Ethics Commission

Topics include gifts, outside employment, contracting with public entities, acting on matters in which family members and business associates have a financial interest, leaving government employment, and appearances of conflicts.

Ninety-minute seminars are offered every other month at the Commission's office in Boston. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Commission in-house seminars are being offered via Zoom video conference.

When the Commission's office reopens for seminar attendance, please note that seating at in-house seminars is limited. To register for a seminar please call 617-371-9500 or e-mail David.Giannotti@mass.gov. Until then, you can register to participate remotely by webinar.

2022 In-house seminar schedule

Once the Commission's office reopens for seminar attendance, if you have a disability and require an accommodation in order to fully participate in the seminar, please call 617-371-9505 or e-mail David.Giannotti@mass.gov. Please provide as much notice as possible when requesting a disability accommodation. If you no longer require the accommodation after it has been arranged, please contact the Commission to cancel the request as soon as possible.
