These comprehensive guides provide an overview of the choices available to you for Fiscal Year 2019. Active employees- see your GIC Coordinator for a printed version of the guide. Current retirees and survivors receive the guide at their home.  School district employees, retirees, RMTs and EGRs receive the guide through their benefits office.

Active State Employee Guide - 2018-2019 Active State Employee Benefit Decision Guide - an overview of benefits for active state employees including employees from higher education, planning councils, participating charter schools, housing, redevelopment, and other authorities.

State Retiree/Survivor Guide - 2018-2019 State Retiree/Survivor Benefit Decision Guide - an overview of benefits for state retirees and survivors. This guide also covers retirees and survivors from higher education, planning councils, participating charter schools, housing, redevelopment, and other authorities as well as Retired Municipal Teachers in the GIC RMT program and Elderly Governmental Retirees (EGRs).
