Re: Claims for Restitution

Computer Learning Center closed on January 22, 2001. The Department is reviewing all claims and will contact claimants if any additional documentation is necessary. This process may take several months. Once this portion of the process is complete, the Department will work with the insurance company to obtain payment from the bond to provide restitution to the claimants. The percent of individual restitution will be determined by the amount of the claims against the bond.

If you did not receive a Claim for Restitution form, please download a claim form, complete it, attached the required documentation and send it immediately to the Department. Once the Department submits the claims to the insurance company, we will not be able to accept any additional claims. Students who have obtained a discharge of student loans,

The Department will post additional information as it becomes available.
