Credit for Life Fairs

Financial Education Innovation funding provides capital to high schools across the Commonwealth to expand Credit for Life and financial education fairs.

Through an extensive application process, the Treasurer’s Office of Economic Empowerment awards high schools across the Commonwealth funding to expand or establish financial education programs. The Financial Education Innovation Fund was established as an ongoing effort to strengthen financial literacy.  These awards are funded through Division of Banks’ settlements over alleged unlawful lending practices.
