Discrimination Prevention Training at the MCAD

Our trainings are offered every 3-4 months at the MCAD Boston, Worcester, and Springfield offices and are open to the public. Registration is required.

Our discrimination prevention trainings are designed to teach you about your rights, and to teach organizations their responsibilities under the Massachusetts anti-discrimination laws. Our experienced trainers use interactive quizzes, case scenarios, and videos to facilitate engaging and interactive trainings. All overview courses include the following topics: the protected identity categories, disparate treatment, harassment (both sexual and non-sexual), disability/religious accommodations, liability, and the MCAD process.
