The Commonwealth of Massachusetts acting by and through its Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek proposals for the long-term lease and redevelopment of the Dudley House located at the Roxbury Community College (RCC) campus.

Located in a predominantly residential neighborhood of multi-family dwellings off Columbus Avenue, is immediately adjacent to the RCC campus. Currently vacant, the property abuts a surface parking lot actively used by RCC. Originally built as a two-story wood-frame structure with the characteristics of late Federal style houses, the structure was later altered and currently consists of three levels above ground with a basement. Total lot size of the Disposition Property is approximately 12,000 S.F. and total gross building area of the Dudley House, including basement, is approximately 7,805 S.F. |
