COBRA requires that continuation benefits (similar to Mini-COBRA) be provided under group health plans offered by employers with 20 or more employees. The Division of Insurance does not enforce or administer COBRA. For more information about COBRA, please call toll free 1-866-444-EBSA (3272) to reach the Employee Benefits Security Administration regional office nearest you, or visit the agency's Website at www.dol.gov/ebsa.
