  1. Fischer, Jeffrey Docket No. 10-0007
    The Commission approved a Disposition Agreement in which former Plymouth Development Corporation board of directors member Jeffrey Fischer admitted to violating § 21A of the conflict of interest law by accepting appointment to an interim parking manager position under the supervision of the PDC, prior to the expiration of thirty days from the termination of his service as a PDC director. Fischer paid a $2,000 civil penalty.

  2. Slattery, Joseph Docket No. 08-0017
    The Commission approved a Disposition Agreement in which Southampton Board of Health member Joseph Slattery admitted to violating § 21A of the conflict of interest law by accepting the appointment and serving as the paid, health agent under the supervision of the Board of Health. Slattery also admitted to violating § 20 of the law by accepting the appointment while also being employed by the Town as the full-time Water Department Superintendent. Slattery paid a $4,000 civil penalty for the violations.
