Marieb Hall is a three story building for the sciences on the main campus of Holyoke Community College.

The overall goal of this project was to create a new life sciences center that provides the most up to date teaching and laboratory spaces for education in the specific life science technologies as they are being utilized by the local biotechnology industry.

The study defined a masterplan for the long term space utilization in the building, and identified a  6,300 GSF program for the new Life Sciences Center that was built on one half of the ground level.
