Home- and Community-Based Services Waiver Renewal Applications: Public Input Process

How the public input process for HCBS waiver renewal applications works

Home- and Community- Based Services (HCBS) waivers are typically approved for a five-year period. They must then be renewed with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This webpage contains information about waivers MassHealth is currently renewing with CMS. Please see below for links to the waiver renewal applications and information about how to provide feedback on the renewals to MassHealth.

There are currently no open public comment periods related to MassHealth HCBS waivers.
