Beginning Friday, November 8 at:
4:30pm
- No credit card transactions (cash or check only)
- No Internet transactions
- No Self Service phone transactions
- No Email submissions
5:00pm
- Service Centers close (exceptions listed below)
- Contact Center (phone) closes
- AAA locations close
6:00pm
- No Vehicle Safety and Emissions Inspections
- No external interfaces for Driver or Vehicle Services
On Tuesday, November 12:
- at 7:00am, all online transactions, external interfaces will be available .
- All RMV Service Centers and AAA Offices will open at regularly scheduled times
During this transition weekend, there will be no change in system access for law enforcement and public safety partners
RMV Service Center Hour Changes for Friday, 11/8
The following Service Centers will open at 8:00am and close at 4:00pm on Friday, 11/8:
- Haymarket – Hearings will also start at 8:00am and close at 4:00pm
- Watertown
- Revere
- Braintree
- Roslindale
- Danvers
- Lowell
- Worcester – Hearings will also start at 8:00am and close at 4:00pm
All other RMV Service Centers will be open during regular business hours.
