Class topics include, but are not limited to, procurement practices, legal compliance, contract administration, public construction and design law, fraud prevention, and ethics.

The R&C Division also provides extensive assistance with respect to Chapter 30B of the Massachusetts General Laws, the procurement law that most municipalities and local jurisdictions must follow to acquire supplies, services and real property.  As part of its activities, the R&C Division operates the Office’s procurement help line, conducts compliance reviews, interprets Chapter 30B and publishes the Office’s quarterly Procurement Bulletin.
