Can I get One Care?

You can get One Care if you

  • are between the ages of 21 and 64,
  • have a disability,
  • have Medicare Parts A and B,*
  • qualify for Medicare Part D (drug coverage),**
  • have MassHealth Standard or MassHealth CommonHealth, ***
  • do not have private health insurance (like health insurance from your job),
  • do not take part in a Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Waivers waiver, and
  • live in an area covered by a One Care plan.

*How do I know if I have Medicare Parts A and B?
If you have a Medicare card, look at it to see if you have Parts A or B or both.
If you do not have a card, you can learn if you have Medicare A and B by calling Medicare at
(800) 633-4227 or visiting their website at www.medicare.gov
.

**How do I know if I qualify for Medicare Part D?
If you don’t know if you qualify for Medicare Part D by calling Medicare at
(800) 633-4227 or visiting their website at www.medicare.gov
.

***How do I know if I have MassHealth Standard or MassHealth CommonHealth?
If you don’t know if you have MassHealth Standard of CommonHealth, call MassHealth at
