MyTimesheet Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) System

MyTimesheet is an easy-to-use clock-in and clock-out tool that will allow MassHealth members receiving Personal Care Attendant (PCA) services and their PCAs to monitor their PCA hours at home and on the go, using a mobile web-based application. MyTimesheet gives MassHealth PCA members (“consumers”) the ability to review PCA services. The use of MyTimesheet will replace the need for paper timesheets.

MassHealth is implementing MyTimesheet to achieve the following goals:

  • Enhance consumer control and self-direction of services through real-time notifications and reminders regarding their services;
  • Streamline and improve the administration of the program by eliminating paper timesheets;
  • Strengthen program integrity; and
  • Adhere to the requirements of the federal 21 Century Cures Act, which requires state Medicaid program to implement MyTimesheet for personal care services.

Listening Sessions

MassHealth is hosting listening sessions around the state to share information about the MyTimesheet program and hear stakeholder feedback. The initial schedule of listening sessions is below. We plan to schedule additional listening sessions throughout the summer and will update this page as those sessions are scheduled.
