MyTimesheet for ASAP-Contracted Providers

ASAP-contracted providers organizations that choose to use the state-sponsored EVV system, known as MyTimesheet must complete 2 steps to begin utilizing MyTimesheet.

Steps to Using MyTimesheet

Step 1 Complete and return the EVV Provider Identification Spreadsheet.

  • The Provider Identification Spreadsheet collects demographic information from the provider as well as the type of EVV compliance the provider plans to use (Alternate EVV or MyTimesheet).

Step 2 Attend training on the MyTimesheet System

  • EOHHS will be issuing an RFR to procure an integrated EVV data system (both a Data Aggregator and state-sponsored EVV system).
  • After a new EVV vendor has been selected, EOHHS will provide ASAP-Contracted Provider Organizations with information on how to access training.
  • Providers will register for training.
  • At least one individual from each MyTimesheet Provider Organization must attend MyTimesheet Training.
  • The training will cover the worker mobile application as well as scheduling, supervising and reporting functionality in the MyTimesheet system.

After completing the above two (2) steps, providers will receive access rights to the production version of MyTimesheet.
