Upcoming public hearing on proposed amendments to 103 CMR 483, Visiting Procedures
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §2, the Department of Correction will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments 103 CMR 483, Visiting Procedures.
The hearing will begin at 10:00 a.m on September 13, 2018 in the Ashburton Café Function Room in the McCormack Building, One Ashburton Place, Boston, MA 02108. Speakers are requested to provide a written copy of their planned testimony. The Department encourages all interested
parties to submit written comments electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please submit electronic written testimony as an attached Word document or as text within the body of an email and type the name of the regulation in the subject line. All submissions must include the sender's full name and address. Parties who are unable to submit electronic written testimony should mail submissions to the Regulations Counsel, Department of Correction, 70 Franklin Street, Suite 600, Boston, MA 02110. All written or oral comments submitted to the Department may be posted on the Department's website and released in response to a request for public records. All written testimony and comments should be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on September 13, 2018.
