Money Experience offers a unique, engaging way to teach online financial education through a life simulator in the form of a graphic novel. The Office of Economic Empowerment received a limited number of Money Experience licenses originally intended for community college students across Massachusetts to be used by May 2022. The program has now extended until May 2023 and expanded to include non-profit organizations, state universities, and any adult in Massachusetts interested in independently participating in the program.
Community colleges, state universities, and non-profit organizations must first identify a campus or organization facilitator for this program, then they can request the Money Experience licenses via a simple online request form. If you are not affiliated with an organization, but still wish to take advantage of this free program, you can use the individual registration link to begin your self-paced financial education journey. The collaboration aims to get young adults in Massachusetts thinking about their financial priorities early in their careers or before they even launch new careers.
