Who is eligible to apply for a safety training grant?
Companies and organizations of any size operating within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts covered by Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation Law (MGL 152) are eligible for funding.

How much can I apply for?
Grants are capped at a maximum of $25,000.

You may speak with colleagues or search online. You may also click on the link below. This list is provided as a convenience for prospective applicants who may not be familiar with safety professionals. These vendors have provided services under our grant in the past; however, this doesn't constitute a recommendation or endorsement.
Can an employer apply for more than 1 grant?
Grants are limited to 1 grant per entity per fiscal year.
What's the criterion for approval?
Strong preference will be given to first time applicants, consortium applicants, and employers and organizations, who demonstrate a compelling program design that addresses an injury history, potential for injury, or provides a proactive approach to injury prevention.
Is there a deadline?
Applicants should apply as soon as possible in order to have the best practical opportunity for funding. If the number of qualified applicants exceed funding availability, we will continue to accept applications to be evaluated. The applications that qualify will be placed on a waiting list should funding become available.
