This technical assistance will provide resources to state or regional workforce system staff who are charged with designing, procuring and managing sector strategy initiatives and programs.

Design, Procurement & Performance

Technical assistance providers will work with your team to develop a customized technical assistance strategy that will support you in your development of a sector strategy.

Topics may include:

1. Massachusetts’ funding mechanism
2. Initiative design
3. Competitive procurement (including RFP components and samples)
4. Performance management (goal setting, participant-level data, dashboards, quarterly review processes)
5. Technical assistance approach (and relationship to performance management)
