The Commission is authorized to impose a civil penalty of up to $10,000 for each violation of the financial disclosure law, G.L. c. 268B. The Commission has adopted the following civil penalty schedule for Statements of Financial Interests (SFIs) filed more than 10 days after receipt of a Formal Notice of Lateness.
