Schedule a callback from DUA

To avoid waiting on hold, claimants have the option to schedule a callback from the Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) TeleClaim Center.

If you are a claimant in need of assistance, you may submit a request to receive a callback from DUA during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. By scheduling a callback, you are requesting that a DUA representative return your call at a time of your choosing.

How to request a callback

To schedule a callback, please do the following:

  1. In the space below, select the date that you would like us to call you. You may choose any available date between Monday and Friday of the current week.
  2. Select the hour you prefer, and choose an available time slot within that hour.
  3. Enter the telephone number that you wish for us to call.
  4. Carefully review all the information entered. Once you have confirmed that your details are correct, click “Submit”.

If the callback feature is not available, it means that all slots are full and there are no available times remaining. Please check back at a later time or at the beginning of the following day to schedule a callback.
