Previous "Story of a Building" Classes
On December 4, 2020, in an online webinar, the OIG, in conjunction with the MSBA, featured the Goodnow Brothers Elementary School in Marlborough, MA. Entitled "Low Cost, High Value New Schools: How Frugal-Minded School Districts Enhance Education While Containing Costs," the class examined the MSBA's Model School program, which resulted in savings for the Marlborough school district. Also, the Taunton school district provided its success story. The MSBA presented information on choosing building management systems.
In 2019, we presented a Story of a Building class on the Stoughton Public Library project and the Auburn Middle School project.
