This 2-hour MCPPO training provides information on analyzing vendor and contractor information.

Online Class

The Office of the Inspector General, the Office of the Attorney General and the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance will discuss what you need to know about making vendor responsibility, responsiveness and eligibility determinations under the various Massachusetts procurement laws. The discussion will include the importance of the legally required contractor evaluation process and how public officials are legally protected for their participation in this process.
