Project Features
The project added approximately 18,000 SF to the existing Correctional Center Facility. The Project used Building Information Modeling (BIM), Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) principles, and Lean construction delivery tools. Integrated Project Delivery is a more collaborative project delivery approach that integrates people, business structures and practices in a process that collaboratively harnesses the talents and insights of all participants to optimize efficiency through all phases of design, fabrication and construction.
