Rule 8

A. Any party to the hearing may appeal the court's order to the Appeals Court by filing a claim of appeal in the clerk's office no later than thirty (30) days following the entry of such order.

B. The clerk's office shall inform the judge within five (5) days from the filing of the notice of appeal that the determination/order has been appealed.

C. The judge shall file findings within sixty (60) days from the filing of the notice of the appeal.
