Provide immediate attention to all members & guests upon seating
Distribute food & wine menus; answers questions
Take members' orders; make food & beverage suggestions that create vivid pictures for our members
Place orders with kitchen via computerized P.O.S. system; inform cooks about any special cooking instructions
Serve meals with utmost professionalism
Perform clean-up & closing duties as assigned by manager
