This listening session is related to the Healey-Driscoll Administration’s review of access to health services in the Northern Worcester County area. Information gathered at this session will be used to develop a plan to support or improve access where needed.
The review will include an assessment of:
- Hospital services
- Maternal health systems
- Community-based care
- Social supports
It will also include consultation and collaboration with providers and community leaders in the area to help protect and sustain access to critical services following the closure of the Leominster inpatient maternity unit.
