Please take notice that the Attorney General and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, sitting jointly through their designees, will hold a public hearing as set forth below:
Date: April 27, 2023
Time: 1:00 p.m.
Location: One Ashburton Place, 21st Floor, Boston, MA 02108
Purpose: To receive evidence in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 91, § 18A, concerning whether public necessity requires a right of way for public access to Sprague Pond in Boston, Massachusetts.
