Disposing of surplus supplies, equipment and property is an often-overlooked process. Chapter 30B requires that jurisdictions use fair, open, and, in most cases, competitive processes to dispose of these public assets. Learn what you must do to comply with Chapter 30B and the options available, including auctions and trade-ins, to get the best value for your surplus supplies. Also, the webinar will discuss considerations related to charitable donations to local not-for-profits.
