File a Transportation-Related Discrimination Complaint

Have your civil rights been violated? File a complaint with MassDOT's Office of Diversity and Civil Rights to get help.

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation is committed to providing safe and accessible public transportation without discrimination based on race, color, age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, creed, national origin (including English proficiency), disability, veteran’s status, or ancestry. These legal protections against discrimination are based on state and federal laws, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI). If you believe your civil rights have been violated, file a civil rights complaint with the MassDOT Office of Diversity and Civil Rights (ODCR).
